HAUTS-DE-FRANCE ACADEMIC REGION

The Hauts-de-France academic region is made up of the academies of Amiens (Aisne, Oise and Somme departments) and Lille (Nord and Pas-de-Calais departments). 6 universities, 536 apprentice training centres and nearly 6,000 schools and colleges make up the 3rd largest academic region in France, with over a million pupils, more than 250,000 students, over 64,000 apprentices and more than 117,000 staff.
The academic region is the regional representation of the services of the Ministry of Education. It is the level at which regional education policies are coordinated in area such as vocational training, higher education, the fight against early school leaving and the use of European funds.

In this context, an event was organised by DRAREIC and Canopé on the occasion of the Erasmus Days. The seminar, entitled "A Plus en Erasmus", aimed to promote mobility for everyone, everywhere, and to encourage young people to participate more in exchanges in Europe.
