Agreement for a Large-Scale Skills Partnership in Sport
The document will entail the aims and vision of the Sports Large Scale and Regional Skills Partnerships, the initiatives to be implemented, KPIs and main outputs envisaged.
Reports on the Activities of Regional and EU wide Skills
The Reports will include the activities that were implemented during the operation of the Large Scale and the Regional Skills Partnership including as an annex the results of the Thematic Groups and evidence of their meetings and discussions.
Building Block 1: transition package to an Open Sports Scholl
The transformation Package to an Open School Environment is going to include the assessment Tool, the Community Building Tool, the Open School Development Plan Templates and the capacity Building Activities for the Change Agents.
Building Block 2: A role model of a Support Service of Dual Career for Athletes
The Model includes the detailed mentorship programme, the Functional and Operational Requirements of the Set Up and operation of the Support Service and the KPIs for the monitoring and collection of feedback from the beneficiaries.
Building Block 3: In Sports School Anti-GBV and Racism mechanism
This mechanism will include the Case Management System, supported by a capacity building programme for Sports Professionals as well as the functional and operational requirements for the establishment of the Mechanism in the Sports Schools.
Building Block 4: A Comprehensive model for the facilitation of the Collaboration of Sport Schools with Industry Stakeholders, for the conduction of Applied Research developed
Includes a list of categories of applied research collaborations with templates of Agreements and Action Plans that can be developed between sports schools and the industry, also including a list of KPIs for the monitoring of the results of applied research implemented.
Building Block 5: Portfolio of Learning Pills for the Upskilling and Reskilling of Sport Professionals and Educators
It will contain Training Courses accessible online, including audio-visual material (i.e. videos, animations), interviews, reading material, use case scenarios and real-life examples. Additionally, micro credentials and assessment tests are going to be included.
Building Block 6: A valid and broadly recognized system for the validation of prior and informal learning of skills and competences that Athletes developed during their career
This will include the Documentation of an individual’s learning outcomes acquired through sports is going to be included, with the assessment process to be determined and described accordingly. Finally, a set of recommendations for the transferability and recognition of competencies acquired in sports is going to be incorporated in the deliverable.
Building Block 7: A comprehensive and analytical guide for the application of different financial models in Sports Education
The guide will include a list of different strategies to finance Sports Education Delivery and the transformation of a Sports School to a CoVE. Above that, specific examples per strategy and a capacity building programme for the preparation of Sport School management Staff to apply the financial models, are also going to be part of the deliverable.
Building Block 8: Sport School Mega Sport Event Management Support Service developed
A Role model for the collaboration between Sports Schools and Event Organizers – Sports Industry is going to be included, with a reference to events of high social impact, that focus on vulnerable groups and diversity through sports. KPIs and other impact assessment criteria are also going to be included in the deliverable.
Sports CoVE Governance Model
It will describe the governance arrangements as they have been developed for the Sports CoVE. It will include a description of the coordination and decision-making process, as well as actors involved and communication protocol.
Report on the piloting of the Building Blocks at each of the pilot countries
Developed at the national level by the CoVE Support Mechanism, the Reports on the piloting of the Building Blocks will be four and cover the implementation activities. It will include information such as the Deployment Plans, a register of participants, notes from the implementation sessions and photos.
Final Transferability Package for the transformation of Sports Education Providers into Sports CoVEs
The Transferability Package will be a collection of online resources available on the online portal of the project as well as those of the Sports CoVE’s Educational providers. It will provide both interactive tools (Self-Assessment Tool for Open Sports Schools) but also work as a repository space for Helpdesk database, Blocks’ presentations and Deployment Plans templates.
