STARS - Shaping Talents and Achieving Vocational Excellence in Sports is an innovative initiative aimed at transforming sports education and training across Europe. As the first Erasmus+ Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) in sports, STARS empowers athletes, professionals, and educators by providing advanced training frameworks and bridging the gap between academia, sports institutions, and the professional world.

Our mission is to establish a comprehensive sports skills ecosystem that supports the continuous upskilling and reskilling of athletes and sports professionals. By identifying specific skill gaps and offering tailored training programs, STARS ensures that professionals in the sports sector are equipped with the competencies needed for a dynamic and evolving sector.

Spanning 4 countries—France, Germany, Greece, and Spain—STARS involves a diverse consortium of 17 partners. Together, we are shaping the future of sports education and contributing to a healthier, more inclusive sports community.
