Bezirksregierung Düsseldorf sees itself as an "interpreter" and "moderator" between the state and municipalities.

We bundle the requirements from the various line ministries of the state government and ensure legally and technically correct implementation at the municipal level. Our office for EU Projects advises and supports vocational colleges in the administrative district in the planning, implementation and evaluation of European educational projects.

Concerning STARS, we provide educational expertise and resources. We mobilize a network of more than 70 VET schools.
